Bringing classical beauty into contemporary life

Sean Rush is a designer and fine artist whose early desire to understand the human form and line lead to self-study of the classics in Florence and Rome. He began to work as a professional artist painting large scale ceiling canvases at twenty-two. Soon, Sean was taking design and painting commissions abroad.

Sean has focused his career on private estates, integrating his work so that both architectural design and artwork compliment each other with equal standing. With sensitivity to relationships of space and scale and the marriage of interior design and art, Sean sees the entirety of a room and creates living spaces that breathe within the bones of the architecture.

As Sean’s work progresses, he celebrates the balance of interior design, commissional painting and his personal figurative work.
